At Uber he started in the marketing function, leading campaigns for the Uber rides business in Mumbai, successfully delivering multiple rider side campaigns focused on elevating the brand & safety narrative of Uber at the time. He grew up without much access to technology, He didn’t get his first mobile till 2003, He didn’t have a laptop till he went to Italy for training in 2005.There are probably things about technology that frustrate you and make you impatient. Don’t lose that impatience. It will create the next technology revolution and enable you to build things my generation could not even dream of. All of You will make the world better in your own way, even if don’t know exactly how. The important thing is to be open-minded so that you can find what you love… So take the time to find the thing that excites you more than anything else in the world. She is married to a software professional and has two kids- a daughter and a son, 15 and 11 years respectively. Apeksha is a management graduate in HR and an expert in HR analytics, she holds multiple certifications in her area of expertise.

Having no particulars plans for future and unfolding what life had to offer, it is in 2021, that she happened to start her independent practice under the name and style “RTA Law Chambers”, based out of South Delhi. So far and fingers crossed, she says that she had been lucky in this regard that she has a great team of four, with fabulous young lawyers, who are able to take on assignments independently and work on them.

She together with her team works on all kinds of matters that comes her way, mainly focusing on disputes spread across various sectors. Other than that, she also engages in service law, consumer law, land matters, etc. She enjoys her practice of running from court to court in the morning, advising her clients, working in their best interests and ensuring that their rights and entitlements are secured to the maximum extent possible.

Jagdish’s contribution in the group of companies is primarily focused to ensure that the regulatory compliances across various countries like US, Europe, Japan and Asian countries, are complied to. Additionally, his extraordinary expertise and proficiency in Quality Assurance in line with GFSI and FDA criteria guaranteed that strict quality practises, legal compliances, and system implementations were made across the firm.

He holds a master’s degree in organic chemistry and has worked with a number of nationally renowned companies and institutions, including the Forest Research Institute (ICFRE), RFCL, AUM, and Patanjali Ayurved Ltd. While deputed as Head of QA at various organizations he has been instrumental in influencing key decisions making activities at the corporate, factory and regional platforms. He has been a team player with his excellent mentoring, liasioning & networking skills. During his tenure he has played a pivotal role in helping the organizations to achieve various accolades at National and International platforms and in the process he too was recognized and applauded for his contribution.

bitsCrunch is the brainchild of Vijay, who currently serves as the company’s CEO, located in Munich, Germany. Originally from Chennai, Vijay completed his graduation from Anna University in EIE and then his Masters in Electrical Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, Germany. His journey was quite a countable one.

Vijay started out as a Data Scientist at Telefonica, Germany. In the following years, he worked for Volkswagen AG before joining Siemens as an Analytics Solutions Expert. Data Analytics expertise led him to discover and be a part of the next big thing in technology.

Vijay, along with his co-founder, CTO, and other like-minded individuals who are tech-savvy, have been fascinated by how Blockchain and AI transform things in Data Analytics. But Data Analytics is an ocean, and they chose a niche – that’s NFTs. BitsCrunch was born from the desire to solve the dark side of NFTs with AI and Blockchain. Simply put, being a guardian of this ecosystem is unprecedented, says Vijay.

The journey started with launching Scour – a bitsCrunch exemplar product in eradicating washtrading across the NFT ecosystem. Within the first two months of incorporating Scour, clients reported a 40% decrease in washtrading, allowing them to decide and make the most out of their NFT assets with no ambiguity and hesitation.

Currently, Vijay and the team are helping the community with their tool Unleash NFTs, specifically designed with real-time market updates, configurable dashboards, and in-depth market reports so the NFT folks can make informed decisions.

He began working as an engineer at Hilti India Pvt. Ltd. in 2015. With 32000 employees and a presence in 120+ countries, Hilti is an 81 -year-old European business. He moved as Technical Manager for North India to head a group of 8 engineers. After that, he was given the chance to advance by being hired as a product manager in marketing to manage a 250 crore INR business unit for about 32 months. He was given the responsibility of leading an engineering team of Six managers with 46 engineers and business developers beginning in January 2022 from Bangalore.

Mr. Rohit also takes a highly altruistic stance towards society. Since Covid 19, when they attempted to assist by providing food packages, home-cooked meals, medications, and other needs to those in need. 5 million or more people saw and shared one support-related LinkedIn post. He received a lot of help from his family and the individuals in his life. After that, he was unable to devote much time to it, but he made sure he stayed in touch. While in Bangalore, he made connections and went to a few orphanages and an old age home to try to help with his time and some basic needs. He constantly asks himself, “Why can’t everyone have equal access to resources and opportunities in life?”

Sagar has an impressive educational background, with a Masters in Management from ESCP Business School, France, a MSc from Germany, a specialization in Venture Capital & Private Equity from the University of Southern California, Company Secretary (CS) and Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA).

Currently acting as the Business Head at Finkurve Financial Services, Sagar played a crucial role in the recent sale of Arvog Forex to UK’s largest private company, Revolut, marking their first acquisition in India. He also helped the organization exit its investments in multiple portfolio companies. Sagar leads Investments for the organization and is currently appointed as the Board Observer in 5 startups on behalf of the organization and multiple Ultra High Networth Individuals.

In his personal capacity, Sagar is an angel investor and mentor, having invested and mentored startups in their seed rounds that have gone on to raise multiple rounds from known VCs and marquee investors.

Mayank regularly volunteers at nursing homes and has actively organised multiple blood donation drives. He has a tremendous desire to give back to society in any manner he can, and he is eager to support the cause of educating youngsters from less privileged backgrounds.
