Over the years, her work expanded into the field of neuroendocrinology, particularly focusing on obesity, insulin resistance IR, type 2 diabetes mellitus, and related complications such as Diabetic Kidney Disease DKD, Coronary Artery Disease CAD, and Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction HFpEF. She emphasizes non surgical management through Three Dimensional Healthcare 3DHC, incorporating Rajyoga Meditation RYM.

Her research contributions include work on GnRH control and the role of kisspeptins and prokineticins in human reproduction, AIDS, and cancer.
