As an 18-year-old, Nisha began her career as a research executive while still in college. Although initially aspiring to work in the medical field, life had other plans. This early twist steered her towards the human-centric world of Human Resources, aligning perfectly with her passion for meaningful interpersonal engagements.

A Stepping-stone to Global Leadership

Nisha’s early days at the Asian Development Bank laid the groundwork for her future. Her true breakthrough came when she joined FCS, a startup, as a foundational member of its India Management team. Recognized for her eloquent oratory and effective communication, she soon assumed roles that spanned multiple continents. Following Teksystems Global Services’ acquisition of FCS in 2014-15, Nisha took over Core HR and talent management practices across diverse regions including India, Europe, and the US.
