Currently serving as the Vice President of Automation and Business Intelligence at AXA XL, Narinder oversees automation and business intelligence management programs spanning three shared service centers in Poland and India. His astute ability to identify opportunities and devise strategic and tactical solutions has propelled the organization to notable advancements.

Narinder’s expertise and insights garnered him a distinguished invitation as a keynote speaker and panelist at the prestigious Digital Insurance Conference MENA 2022 in Dubai. His profound knowledge and industry acumen captured the attention of industry leaders and stakeholders alike.

In addition to his extensive professional qualifications, Narinder holds an Executive General Management Program certification from the Indian Institute of Management – Lucknow. He is also a Certified Change Practitioner and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
