Sugandha Sahay is a highly accomplished hyperautomation expert at AWS who has been recognized for her exceptional technical abilities and her commitment to innovation. Sugandha’s approach to innovation places a strong emphasis on the well-being of users, while still maintaining the highest level of technical expertise. This unique approach has earned her several accolades, including the Hall of Fame 2023 award by PassionVista Magazine and the 50 under 50 Quality Leader 2023 recognition by Fox Story India. She was also recently awarded the Stevie Technical Professional of the Year award at the 21st Annual American Business Awards® for, Program Manager of the Year at the 18th Annual 2023 Globee® Awards for Information Technology and Woman of the Year at the 20th Annual International Business Awards.
At AWS, Sugandha has been instrumental in leading tooling and automation initiatives to create a single source of truth for concept to launch management for 300+ AWS services . She has been actively collaborating with over 20+ orgs to deep dive into pain points and find creative solutions for her customers. Sugandha’s technical skills and contribution to the tech industry are not limited to her time at AWS. While working at DataCore Software Corporation, she led conceptualizing and incrementally implementing business process hyperautomation for monitoring technical product launches for over 30+ releases. Her skills in technical expertise have led to significant improvements in automated and centralized reporting, such as modernization of concept to launch management tooling to cloud-based platforms for teams across 5 geo-locations across the world.
When not working on innovative hyperautomation solutions, Sugandha mentors the next generation of tech professionals through the Criya invite-only expert circle. Since February 2023, she has helped over 85 individuals through 1-on-1 or group sessions. Sugandha’s impact on the tech industry has been highlighted by several national media companies such as FoxNews Digital, Dice Insights and LifeWire, where she has shared her expert opinions on topics such as Generative AI, automation and program management. Her deep knowledge and unique perspectives have made her a sought-after expert in the field. She was recently voted at Top Artificial Intelligence Voice by the LinkedIn Community for her expert opinions in the field of automation driven by AI.
Sugandha’s expertise and reputation in the tech industry were also recognized when she served as an industry expert judge for tech hackathons organized by prestigious universities like Harvard University, University of Cincinnati, Ohio State University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is also invited as an industry expert judge for prestigious global awards like Stevie Asia Pacific Awards and SIIA CoDie Business Technology Awards. She has
