Since, he always wanted to realise his dream of becoming an Army, he tried for Technical Graduate Entry Scheme and got through Service Selection Board (SSB), Bhopal in 1986. He passed out from Indian Military Academy (IMA) as Lieutenant in 1987.

He served in the Army for around 24years in various command & staff appointments, in areas of militancy to terrorism, in climatic conditions of plus (+) 55-degree centigrade temperature to minus (-) 40-degree centigrade temperatures, in area of high altitudes to jungles, and faced many challenges.

After serving in the Army for around 24 years, he transitioned to Corporate World; which was another challenging decision for him to move from a secure job to an insecure job in 2008. He worked in the IT industry for thirteen years as Vice President & Associate Director till Oct 2021.

Parallelly, he not only transformed his own life but helped others to transform their life through his mentorship programs, webinars, videos and podcasts. His vision and mission are to help people to ‘Unhook from Their Past and Win Life Like a Warrior’.

Working at IKDRC from 2012-2016 helped him to gain significant expertise in  endoscopic, laparoscopic kidney transplant surgery.  He received Urological Association of Asia(UAA) Urology Travelling Fellowship for the year 2015  to attend 13^th UAA congress in Shanghai, China and UAA Scholarship for the year 2019 for Clinical Visit at Jikei University School of Medicine, Tokyo, Japan. He was one of the few urologists worldwide to get selected for the prestigious European Urology Fellowship Program, that allowed him to visit King’s college & Guys Hospital in London. U.K, which is Mecca of robotic Uro-oncological surgery at United Kingdom. These international visits and fellowship allowed him to update his skills and knowledge and gain global perspective in Urology.

STEMatic Leaders was founded in May 2021 by Vaishvi Shah, who was then a grade nine student. It is a non-profit, international organization that aims to increase youth engagement in the multifaceted world of STEM through conferences, competitions, and innovative initiatives surpassing school resources and lessons. Currently a grade 11 student, Vaishvi has brought many accolades and successes to this organization, as the founder and president. STEMatic Leaders has had several large events and initiatives in this short time, garnering the participation of more than 100 youth worldwide, truly making an impact on their academic lives.

Vaishvi is also the Vice President of Work 2 Unify, another youth-led non-profit organization that focuses on philanthropy, fundraising, and volunteering. She works to make an impact through this role as she participates in and hosts multiple initiatives that improve the well-being of different demographics across the world. For example, Vaishvi has led volunteer and fundraising events that focus on fighting for gender equality, providing resources to underprivileged communities, increasing funds for local hospitals, and much more.

Her constant hard work and dedication to STEMatic Leaders and Work 2 Unify are driven by her vision to create a significant impact on the world; she hopes that both organizations continue to gain success in an effort to accomplish her lifelong mission.

Shashank met Shruti Kothiwal , another cofounder of Vaasa Mimansa , a Moradabad girl who have grown up hearing the hammering by artisans across the streets. Shruti has been apprehensive about the dying state of affair and the unrecognised attention that these artisans deserve. Together both synergised to make Vaasa Mimansa mould this traditional legacy of metals into a millennial trend and strive towards an eco-friendly lifestyle.

Their endeavour is to not only make our present more sustainable and healthy with metals that have distinctive anti-microbial properties ,recyclability but also strongly believes in reviving the old age traditions that is barely existing in the streets of cities like Moradabad , Aligarh , Rewari ,Jagadhri etc. After all, good leadership is about positively impacting all stakeholders in the society. After all good business should not just be commercial but driven by ethical ethos too.

By keeping alive these metals they are fulfilling the responsibility to keep our upcoming generations well versed with them. VM with this belief offers intricately crafted handmade pieces ranging from kitchenware, artefact’s , worship and many more at affordable prices , directly sourced from a network of about 5000 artisans .Not just that , they love to create a lifelong bond with customers through resell policy. Shashank has worked with start-ups like Zostel , cars24 and deeply understands the fundamentals that go behind building a brand. His strong interpersonal skills and networking is an asset to the company. On the other hand Shruti coming from a business family in Moradabad understands the operational aspects well and has direct networking with the artisan’s community, ‘Shruti Didi’ as they often refer her.

Coming down to economics, Vaasa Mimansa was registered on 18^th July 2022 where they started with initial corpus of 10Lakh. Trajectory has been on upward trend with revenues for the month of October, November, and December 2022 being 1lakh, 3 lakh, and 8 lakh respectively. Major sales have been through their website and market places like Amazon, flipkart, Etsy, India Mart etc.Their projected target revenue for the FY 2023-24 is 7 Cr. 

IAPL began with the motto of women empowerment. They wanted to give an opportunity to the women entrepreneurs to work from home, to work part time if they chose so, to balance their domestic responsibilities along with having a fulfilling career with us. Many of their women employees have started their career back after maternity break

IAPL has done exceptionally well in a short time of 15 months since they started finance recruitment. They have some industry giants under their belt and have successfully placed around 200 plus candidates in their dream jobs. Neeta is a Chartered Accountant since 2004 and a Registered Valuer with more than 20 years of Audit and Business valuation experience. She has been an All-India Merit Ranker (AIR) securing 27th AIR and 35th AIR in CA Intermediate and CA Final respectively. Before getting into entrepreneurial venture in 2010, Neeta was in the Audit and Assurance group of Deloitte, Pune office where she was an active team member and Manager on audit engagements of companies engaged in diverse industries.

Neeta is fiercely passionate about assisting people get their dream jobs at the same time supporting employers get skilled and quality hires in the agreed Turn Around Time (TAT). She mentors newly qualified Chartered Accountants and  guides them in figuring out the next steps which could be daunting. She enjoys sharing her wisdom, insights and experiences with them.

Moonish was born in a simple family in Shimla at Himachal Pradesh, India. His parents were Principals in government schools and were his first role models, silently teaching him the importance of working hard to achieve their purpose in life – securing a financially strong foundation for a better tomorrow. He was raised by his grandfather, an ex-Indian Army personnel, who shaped his ideologies, kept him grounded, and infused values such as hard work, integrity, authenticity, simplicity and trusting relationships at an early age. Moonish is married to an entrepreneur and has a 14-year-old son. His wife and he have been mutually supportive of each other’s career choices and make time to be available at home by juggling their work schedule. He is a fitness enthusiast and an avid reader of books based on human evolution, philosophy, spirituality, scientific discoveries and biographies. Apart from his love for writing poetry, life-reflections, and blogging, Moonish is a trekker, and his book has been written as a guide to all trekkers who want to undertake the Chader Trek in Leh, India.

Career Trajectory – Moonish has diversified leadership experience, across the value chain– in pre-sales, sales, transitions, operations, account management, strategy, consulting, and transformation. He has worked in 4 different industries, over the last 21+ years, such as Hotels, Airlines, Insurance and Banking. The secret sauce of his upward career graph has been ‘adaptability to the changing environment’ with every domain (industry) change, pushing him to constantly learn, unlearn and re-skill to stay ahead of the curve and thrive in all the roles at different stages in life. He is currently leading Banking & Capital Markets Operations as the Chief Operating officer at Genpact, one of the largest ITEs companies of the world, serving 100+ clients in 23 countries. In this role Moonish is leading a span of 22K employees with teams across Australia, China, Philippines, UK, Europe and Americas. He is heavily focused on creating value for his clients through driving end to end operations and providing solutions that help the clients achieve business outcomes of growth, profits, customer experience, and differentiation in the market. A leading research firm- Everest Group, named Genpact a Leader in Banking Operations – Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2022.  Moonish also leads the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program for his business. The business has garnered 6 awards for the DEI agenda – ATD Excellence in Practice Awards 2017, Brandon Hall Awards for DEI initiatives in 2016, 2018, 2019 and 2021, People Matters Wellness Recognition Hero Award 2022.

Joy Samson is a renowned professional and heads the hospitality operations for luxury condominiums. He counts it all joy to credit his wife (Archana) who introduced this dimension of hospitality operations to him. With a fair hold on administrative skills, he has taken up challenging assignments and successfully submitted the completion which are required to be met in fulfillment of society act by any residencies and has set up benchmarks in the field of his operation.  

During Covid-19 Pandemic, when life had come to pause with many restrictions in terms of social distancing the residential condominiums having thousands of residents living in were served at their doorsteps for essentials services through skeleton team of property management system. He is one of those dedicated professionals who led his team and with a passion towards his job encamped himself at his office for more than two months to serve the residents at their doorstep. 

Success is never an individual’s achievement he says, for him having Godly parents is his biggest blessing he believes, with the help of them he could compete every challenge of his life. Hospitality as an industry is vast and having his own brother (Tonyson) who heads the F&B operations for a super luxury hotel chain in Dubai has always been an inspiration to him, he adds. During his career so far, he has trained and developed many young minds to lead their careers into hospitality, transformed them from mere youth to hospitality professionals meeting the industry standards.

Aparna is a public health and management professional & researcher with over 15 years of experience. She holds Masters degrees in Management from London and Public Health from the University of Liverpool. She has played a crucial role in developing Tiara since inception and bringing it to where it is today.

Over the past 10 years, Tiara has supported over 700 children, partnered with 15 hospitals across 5 cities. Tiara is known for its commitment to improving children’s health while respecting the dignity of those they serve, operating with integrity, and transparency to its generous donors. 

Aparna is  now spearheading the expansion of the scope of Tiara as they step into building the future of all children in India. They are on a mission to use evidence-based action addressing the Social Determinants of Health to ensure all children have equal opportunities to be healthy, and ensuring that all sick children have equal access to quality healthcare. Since he was a young boy, Mr. Kaushik has wanted to construct his own  identity.  His  road  towards exposure and leadership began when he was made a captain in school, which has an amazing incident. When he was young,  his  senior  served  as  his  captain,  and  he  participated  in the marching as a volunteer. The pride of captaining the house,  Kaushik  pleaded  his  senior  to allow him capture the flag out of nervousness and excitement, but  he  refused.  That  is  when he made the decision to forge his own path and build a business around  his  labour  of  love.  His method of analysis is effective, he has a unique manner of accomplishing goals,  and  he  thinks beyond the box.

He felt as like he had been cast into a new universe when he decided to pursue a B.Tech in Electronics  and  Communication  Engineering.  He   thought   that   his   exposure   would   be confined after he realised that there are many talented people in the group and the race he is participating in. However, he just  considered  what  he  must  do  and  would  do.  His  life  and career were impacted by a hackathon he participated in for fourteen days. He entered  the hackathon without adequate direction  or  technical  equipment,  and  he  didn’t  have  a  laptop either. Despite these obstacles, he managed to prevail alone after many  sleepless  hours  spent fighting with other team members. He won the hackathon’s Inspire Award and  received  1324 dollars to help him move on. It was  at  that  point  that  his  dream and  Z.A.R.C. were born.  He held the view that doing it alone isn’t the only option; we should also  take and  join hands  with others.  He  so  carefully  selected  a  team  of  like-minded   individuals   and  effectively  managed his business in  the  face  of  several  obstacles.  However,  he  supported  and  inspired  his  squad the entire way as a team leader.  After  his  name  gained  some  recognition  and  exposure  in college, he made the decision to spread  it,  and  he  later  joined  T-Hub  through  an  internship where he oversaw the internship’s activities while also working to  frame  his  organisation  by engaging with  other  corporations..  His  team  was  always  there  for  him,  in  every  manner.  That is what happened when he made the decision to send his team to T-hub in order to present his proposal to investors. At that point, Mr. Kaushik’s name began to spread in a variety of ways.

He began creating his brand as a mentor, team member, team leader, and  jury member,  all of which helped him become an entrepreneur.

After the pandemic, Kaushik hasn’t even  gone  to  one  class  in  his  B.Tech.  Programme,  but  he still had a good grade and haven’t had any failures.  As  a  result,  the  college  administration  supports him in all of his endeavours, and he keeps his promise.  He  began  building  his  own empire and working on  tasks  with  his  team  members.  He  made  one  adjustment,  which  was that we must wait for an opportunity that will arrive. Kaushik occasionally  had  to  make introductions to others who had ignored  him  even  after  he  made  such  accomplishments  and  made way to many students, but he hadn’t stopped and was of  the  mindset  that  one  should  always be starting something new. He helped several of his juniors by giving them the  finest exposure and opportunities. With the assistance of several incubation centres and innovation ecosystems, he and his team organised the largest  Hackathon  under  his  company,  which  gave them greater visibility and a stronger sense of identity. He merely thought that even  when  you helped someone or got them into a wonderful situation, they might not feel grateful to you even though you know what you accomplished. He  hasn’t  stopped  yet  and  is  continuing  to solidly build his empire so that no one can topple it. The  essential  role  played  by  Kaushik’s parents, particularly his father Mr. Rammohan Apoori, in shaping his career. We can say that Kaushik has accomplished what he had  envisioned  as  a  youngster  and  wanted  to  develop  further and more since he was asked to several events as a guest, mentor, investor,  and  jury member. He has made the decision  to   pursue  his  master’s  degree  and  is  moving  in  that direction. At first, nobody knew Kaushik, but today  he  has  received  the  Indian  Achievers Forum’s Entrepreneur of the Year  Award  for  2022.  His  adventure  is  still  on-going,  and  he  is still on his road to producing more miracles.
