At SS&C Blue Prism, where she currently works, she focuses on helping bank and financial services institutions in their strategic transformation initiatives and in building the workforce of the future by facilitating the transition to a hybrid model of human and digital employees. SS&C Blue Prism’s intelligent automation portfolio of services, powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning, primarily aids in developing new process journeys, transforming experiences, speeding up work, and unifying operations.

She has taken the helm on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) projects and is a strong proponent of Sustainability/ESG ideals. She firmly thinks that to achieve a more equitable and sustainable society it is critical that there is a full and equal representation of all genders in parliament and other government bodies, which is why she is so enthusiastic about encouraging women to enter politics.  She has lived in four (4) countries, travelled over thirty two (32)countries and is very interested in seeing the world and experiencing new cultures.
