Currently working as Sr. Director for NTT Global Data Centres – India, Sandeep is a member of the leadership team. His direct towers of responsibility are Business Support, Procurement & Asset management through which he made vital contributions to the high scale success NTT achieved like earning and maintained its top position in India Data Centres domain. Beyond NTT organization, Sandeep is a widely respected industry veteran, is on advisory boards of a few reputed industry bodies that serve the industry, plays a role of mentoring some start-ups as well as mid-level professionals to help them catalyze & accelerate their ascent.

Always focusing at developing a positive mindset, tied with a practical approach, Sandeep always aimed to best utilize the circumstances, the real-life situations & challenges faced to keep on enriching himself. So much so, that people in 360 degrees around call him now “an infectious energizer + cut the clutter and find the solutions man”. Sandeep stayed all the time conscious to not lose empathy, the human aspect while looking to stay rational. He gives a lot of importance to maintaining the delicate balance between human emotions & business practicalities along with a priceless importance to ethics & integrity.

During the last 2 decades he developed new leaders below as well as around him with a tremendous ease. His leadership belief is about identifying and tapping the natural best of every human and aiming to further uplift their strengths through a sustained enhancement of skills & qualities. Teams led by Sandeep through their DNA, learn to exhibit a trait of overcoming the down-side by converting it into a new up-side, he keeps saying, “don’t fist fight with it but flip the weakness or adversity to create a strength or a differentiated USP out of it !

At NTT, Sandeep credits his success to the team members who work as one solid unit, achieve goals by aggregating their strengths. No wonder, he says, that the teams produced relentlessly outstanding results (vitally contributing to outperforming competitors in the marketplace) as well as grew well as individuals. He reckons that things like proactive early moves, spotting & creating opportunities, converting those opportunities into wins helped him deliver tremendous value to the organization. The strength of faith & respect that he built in every type of relationship i.e. colleagues, peers, customers, vendors in 360 degrees around him have been a zone of great value for all.
