Mr. Sudhir is the alumnus of prestigious institutions such as the Harvard, IIM Bangalore and Symbiosis University. Born and brought up in Mumbai, he is a chartered accountant by qualification and graduate from Mumbai university. His professional journey started with corporate finance in Gati Ltd. He was instrumental to conceptualize the concept of Cash on Delivery in the year 2001-01 at Gati ltd. He also was instrumental to implement some transformation projects like ecommerce, ERP implementation at Gati.

In 2005, he joined Infosys and next 7 years travelled across the word doing consulting assignments for Fortune clients of Infosys. He was also awarded the Excellence award from Infosys CEO in 2009-10 for a transformation project for a US client. Further, he established an IFRS practice at Infosys of 50 people serving clients in India and Asia

In 2011, he joined Capgemini to establish a shared services finance function to drive efficiencies in financial processes. Further, he was made the transformation lead to drive systems and process transformation in finance. He has won multiple internal and external awards and accolades for his work including the CA – CXO award by ICAI presented by the Union Minister of India in communications

Having scaled massive heights of success throughout his career, Sachin is also an avid blogger on LinkedIn and an external speaker at various CFO forums. He is a distinguished member of various CFO forums and is also part of IIM Kolkata Executive CFO program.

With the advent of tech and personal computers in early 90’s, Mr. Preetham was exposed to Windows DOS which was his first foray into computers. Given his background in Technology and Manufacturing, and immense business-acumen acquired via the MBA, Preetham was ready and well-equipped to tackle this challenge head on. Being on the consulting/services side for more than 17 years, the onus was on him to help the clients on the Aerospace sector to transform and reinvent themselves. He has been an integral part of enabling this transformation across its value chain, i.e., from reinventing the business models to accelerating their digital transformations. On the personal front, He is an avid cricket player and a poet. The sport cricket has played an important role helping him understand key values of leadership such as compassion, motivation, and most importantly the never give-up attitude.

As a poet, inspired by the likes of Kuvempu, the greatest Kannada poet of the 20th century, Mr. Preetham has written a collection of poems in Kannada called “Nanna Hesare Preeti” which was published in the year of 2016. She believes that ‘Leadership is not a position, but an action. The more senior you are in the organisation the more you need to listen, the more you need to learn. Ms. Deepa currently works as head of Technology, Infrastructure Services & Security with 2 decades of experience in the field of technology with strong focus on strategic transformation. In her career journey, she found it exciting that the conversations around technology have changed in the last few years – from speeds and feeds towards customer outcomes. She is extremely Passionate of bringing about a positive mindset shift with every interaction. In her entire professional journey, she has overcome many obstacles owing to her strong work ethic, thirst for knowledge and unconditional support from her family. From very early on, her ambition was to be able to create a positive impact on society. A master of business administration (MBA) in project management and B. Tech in computer science, her passions is to encourage equal opportunities at the workplace. She attributes her work ethic and values to her mother.

His contribution as an Open-Source Advocate helped shape the platform and impacted the way people use the technology. During his time as an undergrad, he published 3 IEEE and 1 Elsevier Publications which are the world’s top publications After Mr. Abhinav graduated in 2018, he established his startup to solve supply chain data protection problems that utilized Blockchain and Machine Learning. He then got selected for the startup accelerator program of IIM Bangalore, NSRCEL. where he was chosen out of several applicants nationwide. His startup was one of the top finalists in NASSCOM Data, ML & Blockchain hackathon out of 50 teams. In 2020, he got admitted to IVY League Columbia University in New York which is among the top universities in the world and has an acceptance rate of less than 10%.

He graduated with a Masters’ degree in Operations Research in December 2021.
