Despite graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathidasan University, Thanjavur, Kannan’s interests were always inclined towards the IT sector. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1998 during his college days when he purchased a desktop computer with an internet connection and started a small IT service business. To gain more experience, he moved to Chennai after finishing his engineering degree, embarking on a career in website design and development.

Krishna’s dedication and constant learning led him to a position at IBM Bangalore as a Siebel CRM Application Consultant. Here, he had the opportunity to travel to the Netherlands to implement Siebel CRM. In 2006, he moved to Singapore and, in the following years, worked in Australia and Malaysia before returning to Singapore, where he ultimately settled down. These global experiences allowed Kannan to develop an understanding of different cultures and businesses, equipping him with the expertise to thrive in various industries like BFSI, Telecom, and Insurance.

With 25 years of extensive experience in the IT industry, Krishnamani Kannan decided it was time to embark on his entrepreneurial journey. Leveraging his rich professional background, he co-founded deliver.sg, a trustworthy online marketplace for food delivery in Singapore, where he served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Krishna’s entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop with deliver.sg. As a digital strategist, investor, and multipreneur, he owns and manages several companies in both Singapore and India. His businesses include Shivam Restaurant, Aromas restaurant, and Pindot in Singapore, Box O Mania (cloud kitchen), Cybersoft Media, Virtual India, and Deliver.sg in India.
