Having done more than 1000 plus Media projects like Ad, Movies, Web Series, Serials and Digital Promotion of several brands, his vision is to mentor 10 lakh youth models across India on future skill readiness in Media Industry, in the next five years and thus increasing the availability of skilled models / artists in the country. Citing Sathguru he says, “True Success cannot be just individual success but needs to be inclusive and contribute to others’ success too”.

Adhering to this divine guidance, he recognized the importance of converting his experience & competency into service by coaching and mentoring the young & energetic models in South India, which led to the formation of Roll On Media.
Roll On Media is an outcome of the initiative embarked by Mohan KS (BE-EEE, PMP, MCP, Black Belt Six Sigma), a young & dynamic entrepreneur& ITES Professional having abundant experience in corporate MNCS, with a desire to achieve for delivery excellence & to attain complete customer satisfaction in all Media and Digital Promotion works undertaken.

He has 22 years of experience in information technology. He has worked with various Fortune 100 companies globally. He has versatile experience handling clients from 10 plus countries across the globe. Mr. Mohan holds a BE (EEE) & various certifications like PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, MCP & ISO Certified Auditor.

Putting his individual strengths, skills & talents together with his team, he was able to provide world class standard in end to end Media & Fashion Consulting , starting from how to groom models, enhance their acting capability along with direction of Ad Shoots, Web Series, Short Films, Love Album Songs to writing Scripts, Media Training Program Content Design & Execution, Event Managements & other niche skills / Domains. 

He is a man with an optimistic approach in all circumstances and hoping to help with the goal of a more robust and self-reliant India.
