Being a hardworking individual Mansi always wanted to build an empowering space where every individual should be safe and empowering each other. She started her journey as CSR enthusiast and never turned back. In her journey throughout her motto is to Protect and Provide as much as one can to Society. She started conducting training sessions with DR. Reddy Skill Development centre which gives her strength to conquer all the bewilderment. Most of her time spent in providing education and knowledge to Differently abled People she envisions to spread Happiness and kindness among Individuals.
As a businesswoman she believes “A Lady who truly knows her Power is a companion, Creator and Preserver any Institution”. Working in Finance industry she got to lead diverse individuals to align and bring together Digital Notion of Insurance in India. Most of the government Schemes today despite availability for Life and Non-Life insurance still stands to struggle with Penetration as low 1%.
As a Learner she visits Toastmasters club, a public speaking and leadership platform to groom Professionals and community people. She believes Greatest Power lies in Humility and Calm along with generosity of knowledge and skills. Motto of her life has been, “Accept to Fail but Learn to Win in next lunge”.
Currently serving as Vice president Public Relations she wishes to inculcate culture of Integrity in everyone along with conducting sessions for Memory building, Esteem Restoration Speech Improvement, and life coaching. With her Knowledge in Internet of things and Artificial Intelligence she wishes to ease the cumbersome processes in Claims, Policy creation with least conflicts and Burnouts in the process. India still faces Gender discrimination, Civil and basic Rights issues with basic culture gaps in top executive positions.
Throughout her journey she came across women who were Struggling with Identity issues and were unaware of their basic Privileges. All such Individuals continue to remain her source of inspiration and voyage. Post her CSR Journey as an IT consultant she had a choice to quit as it is solely for goodwill, but her grit and dedication kept her going. Teaching is an Aqueduct to her which leads to Self-growth and Journey towards Contentment. She lives on motto “Not he who has much is rich, but he who gives much is rich”.
She hails from a family of Retired Deputy Transport commissioner and a Daring Homemaker from Noida, Uttar Pradesh who are pillars of her success.
One of the issues she would like to closely work on in her future is Gender pay gap In IT. Women Are still paid 73% of what men are paid for same work which is startling. She envisions to Bridge this disparity to a World where more Ladies coming out to speak up and fight for their rights at the workplace. With her dedication to move ahead on Road to Equality she Believes in Recognizing everyone differently and giving equal opportunities in any field of life to spread Education, entitlement and Harmony.
