bitsCrunch is the brainchild of Vijay, who currently serves as the company’s CEO, located in Munich, Germany. Originally from Chennai, Vijay completed his graduation from Anna University in EIE and then his Masters in Electrical Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, Germany. His journey was quite a countable one.

Vijay started out as a Data Scientist at Telefonica, Germany. In the following years, he worked for Volkswagen AG before joining Siemens as an Analytics Solutions Expert. Data Analytics expertise led him to discover and be a part of the next big thing in technology.

Vijay, along with his co-founder, CTO, and other like-minded individuals who are tech-savvy, have been fascinated by how Blockchain and AI transform things in Data Analytics. But Data Analytics is an ocean, and they chose a niche – that’s NFTs. BitsCrunch was born from the desire to solve the dark side of NFTs with AI and Blockchain. Simply put, being a guardian of this ecosystem is unprecedented, says Vijay.

The company is now backed by Coinbase, Animoca, Polygon & Crypto.com Capital, and the vision with which the founder started this journey remains a long-term pursuit. The objective at bitsCrunch is to establish a safe NFT ecosystem and enrich the experience of the widening NFT community.

The journey started with launching Scour – a bitsCrunch exemplar product in eradicating washtrading across the NFT ecosystem. Within the first two months of incorporating Scour, clients reported a 40% decrease in washtrading, allowing them to decide and make the most out of their NFT assets with no ambiguity and hesitation.

Currently, Vijay and the team are helping the community with their tool Unleash NFTs, specifically designed with real-time market updates, configurable dashboards, and in-depth market reports so the NFT folks can make informed decisions.

He began working as an engineer at Hilti India Pvt. Ltd. in 2015. With 32000 employees and a presence in 120+ countries, Hilti is an 81 -year-old European business. He moved as Technical Manager for North India to head a group of 8 engineers. After that, he was given the chance to advance by being hired as a product manager in marketing to manage a 250 crore INR business unit for about 32 months. He was given the responsibility of leading an engineering team of Six managers with 46 engineers and business developers beginning in January 2022 from Bangalore.

Mr. Rohit also takes a highly altruistic stance towards society. Since Covid 19, when they attempted to assist by providing food packages, home-cooked meals, medications, and other needs to those in need. 5 million or more people saw and shared one support-related LinkedIn post. He received a lot of help from his family and the individuals in his life. After that, he was unable to devote much time to it, but he made sure he stayed in touch. While in Bangalore, he made connections and went to a few orphanages and an old age home to try to help with his time and some basic needs. He constantly asks himself, “Why can’t everyone have equal access to resources and opportunities in life?”

He intends to increase his help for anyone in need of food in the future. Anyone who wants to join him in this admirable cause is warmly welcomed by him in this philanthropic cause.

He is regarded as the best internet marketer and has won numerous awards. Mayank has experience working for several industry titans, including SRL Diagnostics (a Fortis Healthcare and IHH Healthcare Bhd company), Bharti Airtel, and JK Group (an Indian conglomerate with brands like JK Tyres, JK Paper, and JK Lakshmi Cement among others). He is currently employed by Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd. as the Senior General Manager. His innovative methods and ground-breaking efforts that upended the status quo are well known. Mayank regularly volunteers at nursing homes and has actively organised multiple blood donation drives. He has a tremendous desire to give back to society in any manner he can, and he is eager to support the cause of educating youngsters from less privileged backgrounds.

In the upcoming years, Mayank sees himself utilising the potential of digital-first to close the gap between customers and businesses, experimenting with newer channels, and interacting with customers in novel ways. His professional goal is to forge new ground and establish top-of-mind preference and recall for the brand and category he oversees.

Before joining Vardhman Group to oversee the Product Development Cell there, he joined Trident Group as a Management Trainee after earning his Master’s degree and oversaw their R&D department. He made a major and very valued contribution to PDC as a manager. Before working for Walmart, he spent almost five years at Welspun India Ltd, where he played a key role in starting from scratch and optimising the entire product development process for Terry towels and bedding. While serving as the business’s Assistant Vice President, he developed a number of innovative ideas and optimised Christy’s (a UK-based company) operations in India. He assisted businesses in building a pipeline of leaders and is a dedicated and hardworking leader.

In his current position at Walmart, he is in charge of a worldwide team whose primary goal is to instill a quality culture throughout the company in order to make sure that they consistently surpass the expectations of their customers in terms of product quality. He has made sure that the workforce is well-versed in Lean and Six Sigma procedures and tools and runs the company systematically since he is passionate about Lean and Six Sigma. Teams view him as a servant leader who serves as a mentor and advisor to the group. He has received numerous awards from Walmart for his contributions to quality, sustainability, and community service. He established a top-notch quality team and gave suppliers the freedom to ensure that their items are made correctly the first time for the end users.

As it is rightly said , “Good food always brings back customers”.  In no time, Punjabi Angithi became a homely word for everyone residing in Delhi and nearby cities.  But as ill luck would have it, they too were stranded by the wrath of COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the challenging times, Punjabi Angithi bounced back with vigour and reopened all its stores in August 2020. The brand also launched a new store in Gurugram Phase 3, followed by new stores in Malviya Nagar and Noida-73 in 2021 and 2022, respectively. In 2023, the brand further expanded its presence by opening stores in Dehradun, Indirapuram, and a second store in Gurugram at HUDA City Center.

Currently, Punjabi Angithi has one dine-in store, seven takeaway stores in markets, and four cloud kitchens. Punjabi Angithi is a pure vegetarian brand offering over 250 live-cooked dishes, including North Indian main courses, tandoori snacks, platters, Chinese, kurkure buckets, party packs, rolls, and momos.
