Pothukuchi got his MBA dgree from IIFT Delhi – ranked among the top-10 b-schools of India. As a rising Product Manager at Walgreens at the height of the pandemic in 2020, he led the effort to offer scheduling of COVID vaccination appointments for millions of anxious Americans on Walgreens’ website.  Pothukuchi’s most impressive accomplishment to date is, without a doubt,  his role at Microsoft to lead a team of Product managers and engineers through a complex big data migration process that is helping Microsoft create massive efficiencies for rolling out new features to nearly 1 billion Microsoft customers.

It is in Pothukuchi’s entrepreneurial nature to constantly raise the bar for himself and his team, and he says “Customer empathy and ownership are the two fundamental ingredients for success in the Product management field”. Appearing frequently as a judge at Hackathons and award events in the American Tech industry, Pothukuchi is passionate about educating the public on building technical applications and the nuances of software product management.

This company was acquired by a larger local consulting firm in Singapore in 2014, and he transitioned to it to administer a broader range of services. He was even assigned to the territory of Malaysia in order to expand the business in this country. He had to give up all of his contacts and successes in Singapore in order to focus on his Malaysian business, which was a difficult decision, but he accepted it as a challenge and was ultimately successful in executing his strategies and making it a huge success. Later, this company was acquired by a large, well-known Consulting behemoth, which sparked an entrepreneurial mindset in him, and in 2015 he decided to leave and launch his own business.

 It had been a lengthy journey of adversity and education, but his tremendous dedication made it a tremendous success. With the assistance of his business associate, Mr. Irfan, he established the largest and most reputable boutique consulting firm in Malaysia specialising in Apps business.

Despite living in the USA for seven years, Rangarajan’s potential remained incessant towards research and development. He provided a significant contribution in the field of Information Technology and Computer Engineering Domain. Siva has led complicated, large-scale projects in India, North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Mexico in areas such as Outsourcing, Consulting, Technology, Financial Services, and Business Process.  He has also aided in the establishment of a large-scale delivery centre in Guadalajara.

Siva advises curriculam and helps develop people for the growing sector as a board member of numerous technical and business institutions. As a convener of the Coimbatore CII Infrastructure panel, he has made several proposals to the state and central government for society/community upliftment, for example, E-waste Proposal for Collection and Processing Centre at Coimbatore to the Tamilnadu state and Central government.  Siva is actively involved in community initiatives and touches thousands of lives.

Siva has completed courses in “Design Thinking” at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and “Executive Presence and Influence” at Wharton University in the United States.  He has also worked with Venture Capitalists and Startups in California, USA. He plays district hockey and lives with his parents, his wife,  Dr Praba, and daughter Chandini Sivakumar.
