A friendship that led to the establishment of a successful business venture
Three young engineers who had become friends from the engineering college days are the founders of Fortune4 Technologies. They started their journey together in 2009 and today it manifested into a successful business house. They attribute their success to the core values of their organization Harmony, Integrity and Sustainability. The management and the teams put in huge efforts to nurture and enhance the values and culture component at Fortune4.
They started with a humble beginning and today they are providing their services to the some of the top industry brands such as Hindustan Times, Red Chilies, NPCI, RBL, One Stack, and many more. This also has given them an opportunity to work in many business domains like Banking and Finance, Education, Media and Entertainment industry, Manufacturing and Logistics. This has been possible primarily by recruiting the best talent in the industry and provide them a great career path along with the training for re-skilling these resources.
From the very early days we realized that they can succeed only by focussing on the customer and building great relationship with our customers by excellent deliverables. Behind all this is their leadership team of Founders:
Ninad Thakre – Qualified engineer with specialization in Information Technology, coupled with MBA in Business Design. He looks after business development and marketing and he believes in nothing sells like a great delivery. He also is closely associated with the education industry and he is an advisory board member for Swami Vivekanand College of Engineering for the IT department.
Santosh Rathod – Again an Engineering graduate with specialization in information technology and MBA with specialization in Marketing. He primarily looks after the Operations of Fortune4 and key person for building Human Capital, Learning and Competency Development. His contribution to the infrastructure development is immense. Santosh is also involved in social work and engaged in building medical infrastructure in several areas within rural Maharashtra
Sameer Mhatre – Also an engineer in Information Technology and an MBA. He heads the Technology stream and responsible for almost flawless delivery of services to all our esteemed customers. His immense commitment to the delivery team and huge focus to the customer needs are the key factors for the consistent outstanding delivery of services to the customers. His innovative solutions and technology depth and spreads makes him very popular with the internal team as well as our esteemed customers.
