His passion for mentorship and customer relations dates back to the early stages of his career. After graduating from India’s prestigious engineering institution, the College of Engineering Trivandrum, in 2006, he embarked on an unconventional career path for a computer science engineering graduate. he joined IMS Learning Resources, India’s premier education service company, as a Business Development Manager for their Mumbai center. His enthusiasm for the service sector, combined with strong communication and leadership skills, made him an ideal fit for this role. During his three-year tenure at IMS, he played a significant role in expanding the Mumbai center’s market share. In 2010, he relocated to the USA to pursue an international MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona, where he was honored to receive the prestigious ‘Global Mindset’ scholarship.

He holds numerous Salesforce technology certifications and he is a committed contributor to the advancement of the platform. Beyond his professional commitments, he actively engages with the technology community by serving as an industry expert judge for globally recognized award platforms like the Globee Awards, writing for leading technology platforms such as Dzone, and participating in local community forums.

Then the pandemic hit, and things got even harder. Layoffs, financial struggles – it was a lot. But in the middle of all that, she had an idea. Her parents are amazing astrologers, so she started a YouTube channel called “Dhvani Jyotish.” It wasn’t just a channel; it was a way to turn things around for her and her parents. She became the Chief Marketing Officer there, and it felt like a big win. During this, she faced a loss of thing mixture like carrying a lot, feeling anxiety, and depression. But in the next, she woke up and started again with positive confidence. It’s never easy for her but she made it.

Later, she got into HR, and that’s where she discovered her love for digital marketing. Her LinkedIn page has 58k followers. Where she faced failures, late payments, and lots of tough moments. But it didn’t let it stop her. She kept learning and trying new things, and then, she got married. Now, managing a job, a business, and being a wife it’s a lot, but she loves it. Her parents and her husband have been her rocks. They’ve faced struggles but always smiled. Their strength inspired her every day. So, she shared advice on never giving up.  Don’t be in a rush for just money. Focus on getting better at what you love. He began his career in 1983 as a management trainee with the consumer products division of Shaw Wallace Distilleries Limited and climbed the corporate ladder to become the Managing Director and CEO of the company. 

During his professional career, he has served as the Managing Director of Whyte & Mackay India Ltd, Executive Director & CEO of BDA (now Allied Blenders & Distillers Ltd), Director & CEO of Golden Tobacco Ltd., Managing Director of Playwin (Zee Group) besides working at senior positions with Herbertsons Ltd (U.B.Group) and SmithKline Beecham.

In 2020, amidst the uncertainties brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, he seized the opportunity to launch Hybrid India. At the age of 30, he started Hybrid India out of a small 6 ft x 6 ft room with the single aim of helping his countrymen in distress.

In the first three months after its inception, Hybrid India achieved a positive return on investment, and the company has been growing at an amazing pace ever since. From a team of two, the company expanded to 20+ employees across four offices in Gurugram, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bangalore, with plans to increase the workforce to 50+ and expand to other major cities in India.

However, his dreams were not limited to the boundaries of India. He led the company’s entry into Southeast Asia, with operations set up in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand, thereby extending Hybrid’s influence and reach.
