Before stepping into his role as an Engineering Manager, he primarily served as a technical lead throughout his Salesforce career. he has successfully delivered product solutions across various industries, including automotive, telecommunications, and financial services. Throughout his career, he has consistently struck a balance between delivering business features and managing technical debt. With a deep passion for emerging technologies in Salesforce, he was among the first group of principal engineers to implement Salesforce’s unlocked packages, significantly improving developer experience as well as speed to market for the company. Additionally, he had the opportunity to implement a critical AI technology called Natural Language Processing, which enabled the system to interpret customer responses to text messages and generate appropriate business logic in response. This was his first foray into AI technologies, something he continues to explore in his current role. As a Salesforce Development Manager, he seizes the opportunity to guide and mentor talented developers in Salesforce. Leveraging his extensive Salesforce platform experience, he assisted developers in finding the right solutions, following best practices, and inspiring them towards continuous learning. 

His passion for mentorship and customer relations dates back to the early stages of his career. After graduating from India’s prestigious engineering institution, the College of Engineering Trivandrum, in 2006, he embarked on an unconventional career path for a computer science engineering graduate. he joined IMS Learning Resources, India’s premier education service company, as a Business Development Manager for their Mumbai center. His enthusiasm for the service sector, combined with strong communication and leadership skills, made him an ideal fit for this role. During his three-year tenure at IMS, he played a significant role in expanding the Mumbai center’s market share. In 2010, he relocated to the USA to pursue an international MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona, where he was honored to receive the prestigious ‘Global Mindset’ scholarship.

He holds numerous Salesforce technology certifications and he is a committed contributor to the advancement of the platform. Beyond his professional commitments, he actively engages with the technology community by serving as an industry expert judge for globally recognized award platforms like the Globee Awards, writing for leading technology platforms such as Dzone, and participating in local community forums.
