Outside of work, Mr. Hitesh likes spending time with family and visiting new places. He can speak 4 different regional languages. He likes thrills and adventures and a classic example of that was to perform Skydiving. He has also performed street plays during his early career days.

An Information Technology Engineering graduate, Vikas embarked on his professional journey with Virsa Systems, a USA-based startup. There, he and his team worked on numerous groundbreaking innovations in support of flagship products like Virsa Compliance Calibrator, Virsa Firefighter, Virsa Access Enforcer, and Role Expert. Their work played a pivotal role in preventing financial fraud and addressing issues such as the Enron scandal, particularly in the automation of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) 302 and 404 / Section 49 A compliance in India.

SAP recognized the value of their work and subsequently acquired Virsa Systems, incorporating these products into SAP GRC, one of its prominent Business Units. During his tenure at SAP, Vikas undertook various roles and traveled globally, consistently leading engineering delivery efforts under the name of SAP GRC Access and Process Controls.

In November 2009, Vikas embarked on a new journey by joining AlertEnterprise, a portfolio company of Startup Farms Inc., dedicated to Critical Infrastructure Protection and Insider Threat Mitigation.

At AlertEnterprise, Vikas focused on Research and Development, contributing to the creation of cutting-edge products like Alert Access, Alert Certify, and Alert Sentry. Manju is a Senior Private Banker and Wealth Management expert, handling portfolios of some of the who’s who in the city of Chennai as well as a few prominent NRIs. However, her journey to the top had more humble beginnings. She started her professional journey in a law firm over two decades ago, scrutinizing property documents and working on title verifications for customers applying for loans at leading MNC Banks. This skill which she picked on earlier in her career, helps her a great deal even today when she works on large real estate transactions and legal related frame works. It is for this reason that her clients keep Manju by their side as a powerful asset to navigate critical financial decisions in terms of business expansion, succession planning and estate planning along with their wealth management needs. After gaining experience at the law firm, Manju moved on to enter the banking world and spent the next 15 years working for Standard Chartered Bank at various capacities in the Banking and Private Banking space. Her last role of employment before starting out on her own was as Senior Vice President with Anand Rathi Wealth Management.
