Introducing Mr. Hitesh Bajaj, who is a well-rounded personality and known as a trend setter in devising some the innovative approach and solution in Delivery Management and Leadership. With close to two decades of professional experience, Mr. Hitesh has transitioned from a Software Developer in the early stages of his career to holding Management and Program Leadership positions. He had the privilege of working with reputable brands and organizations such as Hexaware Technologies, Lehman Brothers, Hewlett-Packard, and now with Infor.
Mr. Hitesh carries global exposure by having lived and worked in 5 different countries – US, Singapore, Japan, Germany, and UAE.
He pursued his MBA from Texas A&M University in the USA, did an Executive Certification on Leadership from IIM-Bangalore, and holds professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), and ITIL.
Additionally, Mr. Hitesh is a Certified Corporate Director and a qualified Independent Director. He is also a member of IOD (Institute of Directors).

Outside of work, Mr. Hitesh likes spending time with family and visiting new places. He can speak 4 different regional languages. He likes thrills and adventures and a classic example of that was to perform Skydiving. He has also performed street plays during his early career days.
Mr. Hitesh places importance on continuous learning, acquiring new skills, taking up greater responsibilities, pursuing demanding roles, and supporting the community. He strongly believes that pushing the boundaries, showing persistence, and striving for excellence in anything you do are some of the key attributes to turn your goal into a reality!
