Mr. Kolte’s career spans an impressive 28 years, during which he has collaborated with renowned Indian and global MNCs across various geographical locations and culturally diverse settings. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and his commitment to continuous growth is evident in his participation in programs such as the Leadership Development Program at IIM Ahmedabad. He is also a distinguished Member of the Institute of Engineers (MIE) and holds the title of Chartered Engineer.
As an active member of prestigious organizations like the International Standards for Pharmaceutical Engineering USA (ISPE), Parental Drug Association USA (PDA) PDA Committee, Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA), and his in-depth knowledge of regulatory bodies like FDA, USFDA, WHO, ANVISA, Indian FDA, and MHRA, Mr. Kolte shares his wealth of expertise not only within his company but also across the industry. His contributions have extended to high-profile events such as the North-East Industry G-20 Summit, Economic Times Smart Industry Forum, Automation 4.0 Summit, and various forums focused on ESG initiatives.
Mr. Kolte’s extensive work encompasses Engineering Design, Sustainability, Factory Digitization for sustainable operational excellence, energy optimization, and the pursuit of consistent and reproducible flawless performance.
