He was eager to join an R&D organization for an internship to gain industrial experience, so he applied to a few organizations that visited to campus to recruit interns. Fortunately, he was hired as a ‘Mechanical Modelling and Simulation Engineer’ at Baker Hughes’ Wellbore Intervention Department. By collaborating in creative projects in the fields of Design, Optimization, and CFD Analysis, he improved his design and modeling capabilities. His team received the “Best Well Intervention Technology Award 2019” at the World Oil Awards, as well as the “Meritorious Award for Engineering Innovation 2019,” for which he served as the product’s CFD Analyst. This opportunity was critical in laying the foundations of research.

Since March 2021, he’s been working as a CAD Application Developer in The Boeing Company’s Engineering Product (IT & DA) team. He has been responsible for developing Boeing proprietary CAD software as well as customizing third-party CAD tools acquired by Boeing, such as 3DExperience. In addition, he actively engaged in Boeing Innovation campaigns such as Swayam, Innovation to Product etc. to improve business outcomes and add value to the firm. At the Swayam 2021 – Boeing India Hackathon, he received the Jury Choice Award for demonstrating an innovative idea.

As an individual, he has always believed in giving back to society. Boeing India has collaborated with Shishu Mandir, a community based school in Bengaluru to empower communities through education and to offer an ideal learning environment with improved school infrastructure (i.e. STEM lab). For the past two years, he has volunteered 200+ hours for academic teaching and STEM activities at Shishu Mandir. For his excellent efforts at Shishu Mandir, he was designated a “Boeing Global Engagement STAR Volunteer” for 2021 and 2022.

It all started with a vision. At the age of 19, he decided to start marketing agency and hired 6 Interns. But unfortunately it collapsed.  After working for one and  a half years in digital marketing , he  opened a start-up that helped entrepreneurs and business owners to grow their businesses online. But unfortunately it failed again.

He started again in new domain which is Google Ads. On Diwali, he opened his new office named ltsdigitalEra Marketing Solutions & hired his core team. In the year 2022, he helped  200+Mobile app companies by providing them digital assistance. They have also been recognised by Google , Facebook, Geniee and many other Ad tech companies. Because of his strong determination the passion to excel,  ItsDigitalEra reached the annual turnover of 24 CR in just two financial years.

Col Vikas is a soldier to the core and considers it a privilege to have served the Indian Army across the most challenging terrains, including Siachen. Whether designing a new Helipad at 20,000 feet in freezing Siachen (-40C) in the Himalayas or assembling a new army unit in record time in the burning Thar Desert (+50C), he has handled supply chain and logistics over the most challenging areas in the Himalayas.

In year 2006 he wrote and composed a song called “Found it Finally” in 3 languages Japanese, English and Hindi with the purpose to motivate individuals around the world with diversity of nature. The idea of these initiative was to live diversity. 

He has  22 years of experience in area of design and development, system engineering, consulting, project management and management of the After Sales business. He has worked with international companies in Japan, France, Malaysia and China.

Mr. Gajender Sharma holds MBA degree from HEC Paris (2007 batch) and holds a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from Delhi Technological university ( Former Delhi College of engineering) 1997 batch. Due to his strong contribution to student community of 200 students with 55 nationalities as President HEC MBA council in HEC Paris he won the MBA student of the year award in year 2008 organized by Association of MBA, London. He took a role of MBA ambassador for a year and guided many students and professionals who wanted to take MBA as educational choice.

As a young student, he travelled to different parts of India every 3-4 years due to his father job in Indian Air Force. As a student he used to teach other students Physics and Maths and he keeps his passion to mentor students and professional around the world and guide them. He is big fan of Sustainable development goals and was founder of a concept called positive drive to motivate professionals to support Child education He also took role of President Net Impact Tokyo professional chapter in year 2021 to organize events on sustainability. 

He is passionate at writing about technology, life stories, and inspirational stories. He is a futuristic person in his outlook as he wrote 2 patents in year 2003-2004 about technologies which came to market 15 years later. His passion of technology also made him write his science fiction book 23rd June 2169 which talks about life in year 2160-2169 on earth, moon and mars.

Dr. Yusuf Saifee received his medical education and extensive surgical experience from various premier institutes situated in New Delhi & Ahmedabad (1998-2016). He is a Gold Medalist and recipient of multiple awards, honors, and international fellowships.

Dr. Yusuf Saifee was one of the few urologist from India to be selected for advanced training in laparoscopic and robotic surgeries for kidney and prostate cancers at Jikei University Hospital, Japan, and Guys Hospital, London.

He has presented and published many scientific research papers at various national and international forums. Along with world-class surgical experience, Dr. Yusuf’s compassionate and caring approach makes him one of the most sought-after urologist in India.

Working at IKDRC from 2012-2016 helped him to gain significant expertise in  endoscopic, laparoscopic kidney transplant surgery.  He received Urological Association of Asia(UAA) Urology Travelling Fellowship for the year 2015  to attend 13^th UAA congress in Shanghai, China and UAA Scholarship for the year 2019 for Clinical Visit at Jikei University School of Medicine, Tokyo, Japan. He was one of the few urologists worldwide to get selected for the prestigious European Urology Fellowship Program, that allowed him to visit King’s college & Guys Hospital in London. U.K, which is Mecca of robotic Uro-oncological surgery at United Kingdom. These international visits and fellowship allowed him to update his skills and knowledge and gain global perspective in Urology.

STEMatic Leaders was founded in May 2021 by Vaishvi Shah, who was then a grade nine student. It is a non-profit, international organization that aims to increase youth engagement in the multifaceted world of STEM through conferences, competitions, and innovative initiatives surpassing school resources and lessons. Currently a grade 11 student, Vaishvi has brought many accolades and successes to this organization, as the founder and president. STEMatic Leaders has had several large events and initiatives in this short time, garnering the participation of more than 100 youth worldwide, truly making an impact on their academic lives.

Vaishvi is also the Vice President of Work 2 Unify, another youth-led non-profit organization that focuses on philanthropy, fundraising, and volunteering. She works to make an impact through this role as she participates in and hosts multiple initiatives that improve the well-being of different demographics across the world. For example, Vaishvi has led volunteer and fundraising events that focus on fighting for gender equality, providing resources to underprivileged communities, increasing funds for local hospitals, and much more.

Shashank met Shruti Kothiwal , another cofounder of Vaasa Mimansa , a Moradabad girl who have grown up hearing the hammering by artisans across the streets. Shruti has been apprehensive about the dying state of affair and the unrecognised attention that these artisans deserve. Together both synergised to make Vaasa Mimansa mould this traditional legacy of metals into a millennial trend and strive towards an eco-friendly lifestyle.

Their endeavour is to not only make our present more sustainable and healthy with metals that have distinctive anti-microbial properties ,recyclability but also strongly believes in reviving the old age traditions that is barely existing in the streets of cities like Moradabad , Aligarh , Rewari ,Jagadhri etc. After all, good leadership is about positively impacting all stakeholders in the society. After all good business should not just be commercial but driven by ethical ethos too.

By keeping alive these metals they are fulfilling the responsibility to keep our upcoming generations well versed with them. VM with this belief offers intricately crafted handmade pieces ranging from kitchenware, artefact’s , worship and many more at affordable prices , directly sourced from a network of about 5000 artisans .Not just that , they love to create a lifelong bond with customers through resell policy. Shashank has worked with start-ups like Zostel , cars24 and deeply understands the fundamentals that go behind building a brand. His strong interpersonal skills and networking is an asset to the company. On the other hand Shruti coming from a business family in Moradabad understands the operational aspects well and has direct networking with the artisan’s community, ‘Shruti Didi’ as they often refer her.

Coming down to economics, Vaasa Mimansa was registered on 18^th July 2022 where they started with initial corpus of 10Lakh. Trajectory has been on upward trend with revenues for the month of October, November, and December 2022 being 1lakh, 3 lakh, and 8 lakh respectively. Major sales have been through their website and market places like Amazon, flipkart, Etsy, India Mart etc.Their projected target revenue for the FY 2023-24 is 7 Cr. 

IAPL began with the motto of women empowerment. Before getting into entrepreneurial venture in 2010, Neeta was in the Audit and Assurance group of Deloitte, Pune office where she was an active team member and Manager on audit engagements of companies engaged in diverse industries.

Neeta is fiercely passionate about assisting people get their dream jobs at the same time supporting employers get skilled and quality hires in the agreed Turn Around Time (TAT). She mentors newly qualified Chartered Accountants and  guides them in figuring out the next steps which could be daunting. She enjoys sharing her wisdom, insights and experiences with them.

Moonish was born in a simple family in Shimla at Himachal Pradesh, India. His wife and he have been mutually supportive of each other’s career choices and make time to be available at home by juggling their work schedule. Apart from his love for writing poetry, life-reflections, and blogging, Moonish is a trekker, and his book has been written as a guide to all trekkers who want to undertake the Chader Trek in Leh, India.

Career Trajectory – Moonish has diversified leadership experience, across the value chain– in pre-sales, sales, transitions, operations, account management, strategy, consulting, and transformation. He has worked in 4 different industries, over the last 21+ years, such as Hotels, Airlines, Insurance and Banking.
