His work has enabled Mphasis to balance price-to-win strategies with margin discipline, consistently supporting the organization’s bottom-line goals while enhancing client value.
A strong advocate of data-driven decision-making, Praveen has led the implementation of automated Pricing tools, pricing dashboards, providing leadership with clear visibility into business performance and trends. He has successfully partnered with cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, finance, and legal to navigate complex, large-scale deals and commercial transformations.
