With 19 plus years of IT Industry experience Lakshman has extensively worked in managing and setting up recruitment process, systems and procedures for Product Development, Start-ups, and large-scale IT organizations.

Started his career with an IT Staffing and Services Company and then worked for Prolifics for 7.5 years and played various roles in scaling up the talent.

Prior to Innova he was with Alight Solutions for 9 years heading the talent for APAC Region and in the current role in Innova solutions since July 2022 he is heading the Recruitments for verticals like BFSI, CMT for IT Solutions Business.

Outside work Lakshman likes to spend time in social service and is very active at his community work and likes to run for 10k/21k run and spend his leisure time with friends and fitness at Cult.

This helped her realize that she had a keen eye for identifying problems and coming up with solutions.She began her career in 2016 as an associate research consultant and worked all the way up the ranks, being known for her research skills and the ability to work well with clients.

 Her previous experiences include Infiniti Research and Larsen & Toubro Infotech. Currently engaged with Feedback Insights as Director – Research, she worked as an interim consultant with Google.

Today, she is responsible for mentoring and training junior consultants and for leading large-scale projects. Her journey has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride, with every new roadblock came an opportunity for her.

In 2018, he decided to take a leap of faith and start Obeya Smart Working spaces, India’s largest value-added managed office for start-ups and growth companies. It was a bold move, but she knew it was the right thing to do. Unfortunately, just one year after starting Obeya, the pandemic hit, and they had to navigate through some challenging times. But with hard work and effort, they managed to come out on top.
