His interest in data systems developed during his undergraduate studies, at the end of which he published an IEEE research paper proposing a new algorithm to classify data into multiple groups based on different applications.

After his undergraduate studies, he joined JP Morgan Chase where he experienced how critical it is to ensure data integrity, security, and privacy. This experience further consolidated his interest in building systems with a focus on data.

Post his graduate education, he joined the NoSQL team at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where he played a pivotal role in developing its Global Admission Control system for DynamoDB service, an effort for which he was granted a patent. At Genpact, she currently heads the India Transformations and Consulting practice for the Banking and Capital Markets vertical.
