His implementation of a hub and spoke distribution model resulted in a remarkable reduction in delivery times.

His expertise in supply chain management was honed during his tenure as an Operations Manager at Chewy Inc. USA, where he led a team of 60 associates. Manikandan’s strategic implementations resulted in an enhancement in operations efficiency through workflow optimization and best practice implementation. His educational background, including an MBA with a STEM focus in Supply Chain & Business Analytics from Indiana University, USA, has further solidified his expertise in the field.
