Joy Samson is a renowned professional and heads the hospitality operations for luxury condominiums. He counts it all joy to credit his wife (Archana) who introduced this dimension of hospitality operations to him. During Covid-19 Pandemic, when life had come to pause with many restrictions in terms of social distancing the residential condominiums having thousands of residents living in were served at their doorsteps for essentials services through skeleton team of property management system. He is one of those dedicated professionals who led his team and with a passion towards his job encamped himself at his office for more than two months to serve the residents at their doorstep. 

Success is never an individual’s achievement he says, for him having Godly parents is his biggest blessing he believes, with the help of them he could compete every challenge of his life. Hospitality as an industry is vast and having his own brother (Tonyson) who heads the F&B operations for a super luxury hotel chain in Dubai has always been an inspiration to him, he adds. Since he was a young boy, Mr. Kaushik has wanted to construct his own  identity.  His  road  towards exposure and leadership began when he was made a captain in school, which has an amazing incident. When he was young,  his  senior  served  as  his  captain,  and  he  participated  in the marching as a volunteer. The pride of captaining the house,  Kaushik  pleaded  his  senior  to allow him capture the flag out of nervousness and excitement, but  he  refused.  That  is  when he made the decision to forge his own path and build a business around  his  labour  of  love.  His method of analysis is effective, he has a unique manner of accomplishing goals,  and  he  thinks beyond the box.

He felt as like he had been cast into a new universe when he decided to pursue a B.Tech in Electronics  and  Communication  Engineering.  He   thought   that   his   exposure   would   be confined after he realised that there are many talented people in the group and the race he is participating in. However, he just  considered  what  he  must  do  and  would  do.  His  life  and career were impacted by a hackathon he participated in for fourteen days. He entered  the hackathon without adequate direction  or  technical  equipment,  and  he  didn’t  have  a  laptop either. Despite these obstacles, he managed to prevail alone after many  sleepless  hours  spent fighting with other team members. He won the hackathon’s Inspire Award and  received  1324 dollars to help him move on. It was  at  that  point  that  his  dream and  Z.A.R.C. were born.  He held the view that doing it alone isn’t the only option; we should also  take and  join hands  with others.  He  so  carefully  selected  a  team  of  like-minded   individuals   and  effectively  managed his business in  the  face  of  several  obstacles.  However,  he  supported  and  inspired  his  squad the entire way as a team leader.  After  his  name  gained  some  recognition  and  exposure  in college, he made the decision to spread  it,  and  he  later  joined  T-Hub  through  an  internship where he oversaw the internship’s activities while also working to  frame  his  organisation  by engaging with  other  corporations..  His  team  was  always  there  for  him,  in  every  manner.  That is what happened when he made the decision to send his team to T-hub in order to present his proposal to investors. At that point, Mr. Kaushik’s name began to spread in a variety of ways.

He began creating his brand as a mentor, team member, team leader, and  jury member,  all of which helped him become an entrepreneur.

After the pandemic, Kaushik hasn’t even  gone  to  one  class  in  his  B.Tech.  Programme,  but  he still had a good grade and haven’t had any failures.  As  a  result,  the  college  administration  supports him in all of his endeavours, and he keeps his promise.  He  began  building  his  own empire and working on  tasks  with  his  team  members.  He  made  one  adjustment,  which  was that we must wait for an opportunity that will arrive. Kaushik occasionally  had  to  make introductions to others who had ignored  him  even  after  he  made  such  accomplishments  and  made way to many students, but he hadn’t stopped and was of  the  mindset  that  one  should  always be starting something new. He helped several of his juniors by giving them the  finest exposure and opportunities. With the assistance of several incubation centres and innovation ecosystems, he and his team organised the largest  Hackathon  under  his  company,  which  gave them greater visibility and a stronger sense of identity. He merely thought that even  when  you helped someone or got them into a wonderful situation, they might not feel grateful to you even though you know what you accomplished. He  hasn’t  stopped  yet  and  is  continuing  to solidly build his empire so that no one can topple it. The  essential  role  played  by  Kaushik’s parents, particularly his father Mr. Rammohan Apoori, in shaping his career. We can say that Kaushik has accomplished what he had  envisioned  as  a  youngster  and  wanted  to  develop  further and more since he was asked to several events as a guest, mentor, investor,  and  jury member. He has made the decision  to   pursue  his  master’s  degree  and  is  moving  in  that direction. At first, nobody knew Kaushik, but today  he  has  received  the  Indian  Achievers Forum’s Entrepreneur of the Year  Award  for  2022.  His  adventure  is  still  on-going,  and  he  is still on his road to producing more miracles.

He exclusively holds to one belief. Opportunities won’t come to you;  instead,  you need to pave the road for them and take advantage of them when they do.

She is currently the Head – Human Resource at Jeunesse Global India Private Limited and looks after India and Bangladesh. Currently, Sheetal is Director Engineering – Data Integration at Adidas, Gurgaon. Before this, she was the Head of Data Integrations, at Saxo Bank and had rolled out Data Governance self-serviceable platform ‘Data Workbench’, within the paradigm of Data Mesh.

Sheetal holds a B.E. degree from BIT Mesra in Electronics and Communication and is also a postgraduate in Business Administration from IMT Ghaziabad. She additionally graduated from ’Carruthers & Jackson Summer School 2021’, a program for Data Leaders.

Sheetal has co-authored a paper on “Data Governance in Data Mesh Infrastructure” at 21st International Conference on Electronic Business (ICEB 2021). She got further credit for the innovative data governance platform development within data mesh paradigm, by being part of the winning team of Thoughtworks for the prestigious Technoviti 2022. 

She was recently interviewed for her work by Harvard Business review on ‘Creating Business Value with Data Mesh’ for rolling out the federated data governance platform.

Sheetal promotes women leadership in technology by formally and informally mentoring women leaders and sharing her experience and journey across various forums. The professions of architecture and planning are very important for nation building and directly contribute towards sustainability of our planet.  Prof Gupta is heading the leading higher education institutes of Delhi NCR, imparting training in the fields of architecture and planning for almost one decade. She actively involved herself in the development of curriculum for many sustainable development courses for architecture and planning students.

She is presently working as Director at Amity School of Architecture and Planning, Amity University Gurugram. Prior to this, she has worked as Director at MBS School of Architecture and Planning New Delhi and was Head of PhD Research at Sushant School of Art and Architecture Gurugram.  She has worked as disaster management consultant for organizations like UNDP, Govt of Punjab and Ministry of Home Affairs. They have customised a dual display screen first of its kind in the market. One screen which is a primary screen is used for branding and the client will be given direct portal to update, delete and add content also with daily reports of number of viewers and proof of play ensuring maximum ROI for our brands. The second screen known as secondary display is used as a digital notice board for the residential or commercial properties which will have a separate interface for each property to update, create and delete content which is given free of cost by the company. The viewer while looking at the notice will also watch the advertisement in parallel which will gain more user attention towards the brand.

Gayathri has received global leadership award for her contribution for marketing and advertising by Marketing 2.0 conference in Dubai along with a keynote speech regarding advancements in programmatic DOOH and advantages of it.

They are making advancements in Ad technology to empower brands to have more flexible and result-oriented advertising. Leading brands like Apple, Malabar, Volkswagen and Apollo have done campaigns with them and they have provided them with high brand reach through their media.

In the near future they envision  to make DOOH campaigns more targeted oriented and ROI with incorporating AI/ML.They are headed to make the company a key market player in DOOH residential and commercial holding a major market share in this segment. India is seeing digital revolution in fin-tech, ed-tech and food-tech, and there is no major ad-tech company right now. She is a Computer Science engineer from Thapar University, Patiala, with Roll of Honour and Institute Gold Medal. She completed her MBA in Finance from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. She is a certified PMP professional. She is a Rashtrapati Guide Puruskar awardee from the President of India. She won an award in Google Technology Premier League. She has her name in Limca Book of Records. She won the Prof V. Raja Raman award for Computer Science and  Indian Inspirational Women Award 2022, for Innovative Technologies. She has won many local, regional and national level awards and recognitions in various fields.

She enjoys painting, dancing and basketball. She played basketball at district level, cleared Sangeet Bhushan (I) for classical dance. She was an NCC Cadet (Army wing) and was nominated for the Best Cadet. She was a troop leader for 33 pupil guiding patrol.
