Ms Anupama Tripathi is an accomplished HR Generalist with exemplary leadership experience. Translating organizations’ need into strategies and goals has been Anupama’s forte. A strategic partner with a balanced, tactical solutions, strong business acumen and compassion that positively impact business results, Anupama has proved her mettle. Being an All India Topper, she holds an MBA in Retail Management from Annamalai University and Master’s in Human Resource Management from University of Rajasthan.

She is currently the Head – Human Resource at Jeunesse Global India Private Limited and looks after India and Bangladesh. With her entrepreneurial mindset, she has been able to reduce more than 50% admin OPEX, contributing effectively to Organization’s’ P&L and successfully delivered a time critical project in designing a renewed Performance Evaluation Process for the global workforce – leading a team of global HR colleagues. Anupama is also the part of the Global Employee Engagement Initiatives cohort. With a consulting mindset, she finds opportunity in every problem, she has shown expertise in effectively controlling attrition, culture management and nurturing a learning and rewarding environment in earlier assignments.

Hailing from a humble background in Jaipur, Anupama had always the zeal and determination to bring about an optimistic change in HR industry. She believes in giving it back to society and keeps the people approach in all aspects her work. During bulk hiring projects she focuses on rural areas and under privileged kids. Under her personal capacity, she trains 10 under privileged aspiring HRs every year without any cost for HR Generalist role to bridge the gap between industry expectation and skills availability. Her own skills comprise a Strong Business Acumen, Networking and Relationship Building, Cross-cultural skills, Strong Digital Literacy, Analytical & Integration Skills, Advocacy Skills and Stakeholder Management. Serving as strategic business partner to country and global leadership team in aligning HR plans and strategies with business objectives, she has had an exemplary journey. She envisions to continue her pursuit to enhance the HR Functioning globally.
