The unique aspect of this endeavor is the inspiration it has provided to women in technology. As a woman in technology, she even inspired other women to contribute to the book-launching effort. As a women-led initiative, the book involved technical reviewers, editors, and contributors, all of whom were women.

Beyond its success in the literary realm, the book has sparked a positive shift in the service industry. Service leaders and professionals have found inspiration in adopting effective field service management systems to address ongoing challenges. The book serves as a valuable resource, offering insights and practical guidance for organizations striving to enhance their service delivery.

Leveraging her background in computer science and artificial intelligence, she contributed to healthcare and society’s well-being by developing a smart home health monitoring system. This innovative research titled “Smart home health monitoring system for predicting type 2 diabetes and hypertension” leverages machine learning to predict abnormalities in blood sugar and blood pressure levels and sends real-time alerts to registered doctors for immediate intervention helping in early detection. Beyond early detection, the research contributes to medical awareness, highlighting the potential of technology in proactive healthcare.

Published in a major peer-reviewed high-impact journal, her research gained groundbreaking recognition, accumulating 148 citations as of February 2024 within just one year. The research’s significance further increased in the post-COVID era, witnessing a surge in citations.
