For the past 10 years she has worked as professor, trainer, building planner but nothing has satisfied her more than owning a consultancy and striving for its growth. She is a chartered civil engineer and has 6 years of experience in the construction domain. She has published papers in RILEM proceedings and ICJ journals. One of her patents is in filing and one in development.

VAHANTHI Consultancy is MSME registered company started in 2019 that has successfully completed projects throughout the country. VAHANTHI does buildings planning, estimation, valuation, scheduling and resourcing of construction projects. It also conducts safety audits, co-ordinates building insurance, mediates for clients in tenders, bids on GEM and consults for Green building constructions. It also advises client on real estate investments. VAHANTHI is a pioneer consultant for Green building consultation in Pondicherry.

. 4 industrial projects

. 2 commercial projects

. 29 residential projects

VAHANTHI will grow manifolds in next five years. It will take advantage of the technical growth, scope of construction and market opportunities opening now. Covid has made all realise how important is a home and a workspace. They strive to deliver it to their clients’ satisfaction.
