The Secretarial team is responsible for Legal & Regulatory Compliance which has been detailed in TCE’s Compliance Management Framework and is managed through an online Legal Compliance Management System.

With a professional career spanning more than 15 years, Mr. Sachin Mishra heads the Legal, Compliance & Company Secretarial function at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited (TCE) and acts as an In-house General Counsel. In this role, Mr. Sachin Mishra is leading a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) in the company laws, labour & industrial laws, civil & arbitration laws, etc. and contracts. Sachin has in-depth knowledge of Corporate Laws, Compliance Management, Contract Management, Negotiation and Litigation Management, etc. related matters. In addition, he keeps himself updated on changes in Indian & International laws, guidelines/notifications issued by Government, Regulatory and/or Statutory authorities, recent judgments/rulings of Supreme Court and High Courts to provide proactive counsel to the senior management.
