Guided by his brother, Saravanaraja, he stayed grounded and never forgot his roots. His mentorship was instrumental in shaping his mindset.

His career took a defining turn when he joined Baiada Poultry in 2005. What started as an opportunity grew into a lifelong journey. Baiada became his second home, a place where he was able to develop his skills, rise through the ranks, and ultimately become the General Manager in Western Australia. The principles of loyalty, humility, and teamwork became his foundation for success.

Karthi proudly says! None of this would have been possible without my wife, Deepa. Her unwavering belief in me has been my greatest strength. I am who I am today because of her support.
