As CLO, Gaurav Kheterpal propels the company’s exponential growth by spearheading training and learning initiatives, allowing MTX family members to hone a variety of valuable skills and earn certifications that allow the company to make a meaningful impact on the community and the market.

MTX leaders have implemented several standout initiatives to support MTX’s quickly growing global team. These initiatives include supporting women in leadership, extending a one year paid leave for those battling and supporting loved ones with cancer, as well as offering a one year paid parental leave. In addition, the MTX family is passionate about giving back to the community and consistently advances equal opportunity and education.
Despite 2020’s unprecedented level of uncertainty for businesses and economies worldwide due to the pandemic, MTX leaders committed to the highest year of growth to date, both in hiring employees and revenue generation. Leadership committed to hiring and incentivizing family members when most were looking to downsize. Additionally, in 2021, as most companies downsized their office footprint, MTX invested in acquiring new offices in Canada, Australia and Hyderabad, India.
