Her passion towards exploring new avenues took her from being a Science student to pursuing a PG in Broadcast Journalism which led to her beginning her career in Aaj Tak in the year 2006. The very first show she hosted ran for straight eight years and was a resounding success. As one of the longest serving news anchor (10 years), Ms. Shruti covered different topics, that included elections, lifestyle, entertainment what not! She found her true calling in marketing and advertising. In the later phase, she joined Flags Communications, which is a leading MARCOM agency based in Delhi, in the year 2006.

She began her journey as an General Manager, and there’s no looking back since then. She is one of the driving forces behind the success of Flags Communications, where the organization is carrying forward the legacy of its excellence, creativity and innovation. With her perseverance, talent, dedication and hard work, she is engaged in shaping young minds as a guest speaker at colleges and universities of repute.
