Before her tenure at Practo, Shikha held several successful positions, including Director and National Leader at Marsh McLennan, where she headed Life, Health & Wellness Verticals, spearheading insurance, risk management, and wellness strategies for over 2500 global corporates.

Notably, she also served as the Group President at Medi Assist & Medibuddy, India’s largest TPA & B2B Healthcare Company, where she played a pivotal role in addressing the healthcare and wellness needs of more than 11% of India’s population.
