Being amongst those very few professionals across the industry who are not only thought leaders in the Technology World but also hone a very thorough knowledge and experience in Talent & HR, she is a real example on how to remain current and build new skills and competencies for the forthcoming.
With industry accreditations across the latest technologies as Blockchain, Metaverse, Codeless Automation, Edge & Multicloud she has a distinction of leading major transformations in fast paced, complex, and multi-cultural contexts. An ICF certified mentor coach, SHRM accredited Senior Certified Professional in HR, an MBTI Practitioner, a LUMA design thinking expert and an AON accredited advanced analytics expert, the list continues. She carries a very unique blend of deep expertise in Technology and HR which is very much required in the aggressively emerging Tech HR arena. She has made massive contribution to the THR Community through her consistent participation in the community events. She has coached a number of buddying professionals outside her work area and organization and inspired them to bring the best in themselves.
She is currently working as Associate CTO for Talent & HR @ Accenture and is engaged in innovation and technology management lifecycle for asset development in support of the Talent & HR business. Her expertise in technology-led transformation agenda, strategic industry relationships and strong leadership will further build growth momentum for Tech HR in India and globally.
