Introducing a young dynamic Social Development professional Ms. Pallavi Rane , having a master’s degree in social work and an MBA in Social Entrepreneurship with 15+ years of diverse (Multi-sector) experience. She has successfully delivered turnkey social projects and resulted with quality and ethical impact reports. Citing Kay Sears says,” I’ve learnt that your success is not just about you. She has privileged to work across a diverse set of challenges within Non-governmental organizations, Corporate Sector, Govt Institutions, International Organizations, and Factories (Rural and Urban areas). This unique blend helped her appreciate the perspective and expectations of different types of institutions and multi-stakeholders.
She has partnered with 85 NGOs (PAN-India) and provides handholding support at grassroots levels. She has carried out due diligence of NGOs and impanelled them for accessing Corporate Social Responsibility funding. She has conceptualized Corporate Social Responsibility projects and developed strategy.
Her specialization lies in research, needs assessment, project execution, project fund management, project branding, monitoring, and impact assessment of the projects.
She has been always told, “you are not like other trainers…”. She has been appreciated by many clients for her ability to motivate teams & explaining difficult concepts through effective training methodologies and experiential learning approach. She has been able to show proven tangible improvement in people’s performance through effective interventions to over 1000 participants. She is professionally qualified in training and development.
Presently she is CEO of Women’s India Trust. She is also a guest lecture faculty at SNDT Women’s University-Churchgate and Nirmala Niketan. Teach Courses on Management of Social Enterprise, Effective Proposal Writing, Corporate Social Responsibility, Stakeholder Management, Social Audit, and Sustainable Livelihoods.
