Achiever's Success Story
Hope, Effort, and endeavor are amour to any Quandary
Education is the most powerful weapon which must be chiseled well to get the best out of talent in our nation. Living on this principal Ms. Mansi wanted to become voice of people who are not gifted yet talented with abounding powers.
Her ardor for social work started with Dr. Reddy Foundation initiative of teaching underprivileged/Physically abled people who were knocked down from life. Since then, it became her convention to meet and see those faces each weekend to learn new techniques of dealing with life. As an IT Business analyst by profession her journey started with Accenture Technologies after completing her PGDM from Prestigious Birla Institute of Management and Technology, Greater Noida. Her father is retired Deputy Transport Commissioner from Uttar Pradesh and mother has always been a diligent homemaker.
From the start of her professional journey, while giving her Interviews for multiple firms one thing which excited her was Insurance penetration in India is still 4.2%. As its righty said, “One opportunity use wisely can change your life dramatically” she started working solely with leading insurers and vibrant personalities in Innovation hub of Accenture placed in Bangalore. Within her tenure of 3 years solely handling and training customer being a team player earned her continuous two “Ace awards” for team building and client delivery. In her free time, she loves to play table tennis, travel and read books. In 2020 while taking the leap to shift to a new firm in insurance Industry she took a call to continue her passion of teaching as a Corporate Trainer with Dr. Reddy Foundation which kept her zeal of Mentoring and empathy. From then onwards she lived by the motto “Not he who has much is rich, But he who gives is much is rich”.
From her dedication to learners rather risk takers she is trying to create a bond which is build on sole purpose of social upliftment. Post shifting to Wurth IT in 2020, it was a bound from service industry to product-based company where she got to work with quivering personalities hence landing in a year’s journey delivering more than 15 BFSI products to be delivered under strict government regulations and timelines amidst the pandemic hit situation.
Being a team player while working as a covid patient won her two consecutive “Spot On” awards from WURTH IT. Currently she serves as a mentor to NIA graduates along with enhancing her skills and knowledge building. It really excites her to know that India’s only 26% of the female students are in IT and Engineering segment while 74% are still males. Going forward with this mission she envisions to lead and speak together virtually as a Toastmasters speaker and mentor from Pune to help individuals enhance public speaking skills. She wishes to nurture women and accept everyone in society as all that echoes to her is “It not the Gardner who grows stronger, it’s the thorns who raises the rose plant”
