Ms Lajita Thampi had always found comfort being in the secured space of a job representing an organization and heading the helm of affairs for the division she was responsible for. A passionate, self-driven worker by nature, holding on to the ethics and values of the organization, she spent around 25 + years of her career in the education sector. From being a teacher for grade 1 to 10, she discovered her passion and skill for teaching. Thereafter, while working with Organizations like Cambridge School, Fr. C. Rodrigues Institute of Management Studies, Aptech Ltd and Times Professional Learning (A Bennett Coleman Co. Ltd), whether Teaching Business Communication for Management Students or be it training students joining for Vocational Education post their Graduation or training a team of the BSF at Mumbai airport, her passion for teaching and empowering, helped her sharpen her skills.
It was re assured that being with young aspirants, was making her feel happy and full of life, it made her choose the roles of Placement Head/ Corporate Relations Head/ Student Engagement Head at places she worked. The belief of giving a keen listening ear to the youngsters to help design their future, connecting to her clients thoughtfully and understanding their wants and needs as Employees, made her an unswerving and a well-recognized Business Development Leader in the BFSI Academia Teams. These opportunities gave her a path to productively interact with Clients, Peers as well as young students.
The last 30 + years have been almost like a dream. Responsibilities from all the corners of Life has been like a smooth stream rippling over pebbles and her family made her self-motivated, determined and supported her in taking the right decisions at the right time.
Her friend and her daughter Samiksha were the 2 pivotal people who inspired her to change her path from being an employee to becoming an Entrepreneur/an Employer and they decided to walk along with her into the journey of KAREERKRAFT NEXGEN EMPLOYMENT ADVISORS LLP.
