It’s the Purpose which kept her alive during the tough times
Ms. Komal Teckchandani is the Founder & Proprietor of KOCH HR Consultants. She started KOCH HR Consultants in December, 2020 with an intent to assist individuals who have lost their jobs in the pandemic. With an objective to support individuals in bridging their career gap, KOCH HR Consultants has been instrumental in ensuring their placements in various organizations. The Consultancy prides itself in finding the right skill set vis-a-vis the organisation’s requirement and has bolstered the career prospects of many individuals thereby.
At an individual level, Ms.Teckchandani carries more than 15 years of experience in the Corporate world. Being her forte is HR, she is able to connect with the resources with empathy and has been able to utilize her expertise in bringing a win-win situation for all stakeholders.
In May 2021, Ms.Komal faced a personal setback during pandemic with the demise of her spouse. The situation landed her on a cross-road where she had the option to choose the beaten track whereas the inner calling was redirecting her to continue with the purpose.
Ms.Komal believes that with the grace of God, she was able to survive the tough time. She is thankful to the Corporate(s) and associate(s) for being patient, supportive and instrumental during her journey. She is also grateful to her family members and close friends, who stood by her in this crucial time.
Ms.Komal shares that “KOCH HR Consultants is committed to deliver quality work over quantity”. It was her zeal and dedication during the pandemic, due to which she has resumed work in a short duration of time to support self, purpose, people and contributed to the society overall. Through her personal and professional experiences stated above, she has emerged as strong, balanced and independent women.
