In addition to being the CEO and founder of one of India’s top lead generation companies, she is also an author, a fitness enthusiast and a travel blogger who has been to over 20 countries and has hiked the Himalayas more than a few times. Harinie is also a certified coach and loves the impact this has helped her create in people’s professional and personal lives.
In 2015, Harinie decided to leave her highly lucrative job when she realized that there was a huge need for inside sales support, especially in the startup and SME space.
Backed with her experience and expertise as the Head of International Sales in multiple technology companies and a Masters from the US, she founded Leadle in 2016. Leadle has helped over 300 start-ups achieve market traction in the last two years and has tripled their revenue over the last 3 years. They have gone from 0 to 7-figures as a purely bootstrapped company. Leadle is now the go-to agency for countless B2B companies in India and other countries like the US, Canada, Singapore and Australia. As of 2022 Leadle Consulting has been incorporated in the US, has over 40 employees and has a culture that is consciously focused on inclusion, diversity and empowered employees.
When Harinie isn’t busy running her powerhouse of a company, she’s more often than not found with a book in her hand. She also meditates everyday and makes sure she spends quality time with her family.
