Mrs. Jyotsana Saxena is a passionate Human Resources professional with more 20 years of rich expertise in leading human resource functions for driving strategy, culture, change management, productivity, process improvements, system designs, organizational development, capability building programs, total rewards, recognition programs, employee engagement, performance excellence, talent development, leadership development, career planning and succession management for developing workforce at large for future workplaces.

She is currently driving Total Rewards, Talent Management, Employment Conditions, Organization Design & Development, CSR, Talent acquisition, Employee life cycle and HR operations for 1000+ On-roll and 3000+ contracted workforce of Schenker India Pvt. Ltd. across 80+ offices/warehouses spread across 33 cities in India.
