Sivaramakrishna has more than two decades of work life and had the opportunity to roll out pioneering initiatives at work.  He started his career in the Investment Operations for a Public Life Insurer spanning across Equities, Bonds and Project Finance. He led the introduction of; M2M valuation for Bonds, implementation of restructuring schemes launched to revive credit cycle and made significant contributions to Equities operations. Subsequently he moved to IT Industry as an SME and in his current organization, he had the opportunity to head and incubate the BFSI centre of excellence, from scratch into a mature BU.

The CoE has anchored several new competencies in areas aligned to industry trends such as Open Banking, ISO 20022 migration, Blockchain, etc..  Leveraging the cross-functional expertise across the projects and the new competencies created, the CoE had a strong influence on growing Revenues from BFSI, manifold. His current mandate includes Identifying product and service partnership opportunities critical to integrated service delivery.

Disability at an infant age meant he had no access to the mainstream avenues a typical person has, to nurture himself, knowledge and skill-wise. Despite having to drop off in middle school, he went on to acquire acclaimed higher qualifications and has an MBA in Finance & HR and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.  He was always willing to work out of his comfort zone by accepting new and challenging roles, that have strong relevance to the organization.

He also delivered and guided several blogs, whitepapers, and webinars that established thought leadership on various industry imperatives for his current organization.

Sivaramakrishna aspires to increase time spent on accessibility-related issues that still are largely under-stressed but can be great enablers for the differently-abled community.
