Currently serving as the General Manager at DLF New Delhi, some of Mr. Shelove More’s responsibilities include, maintaining and enforcing the Service Excellence Standards of Super luxury homes, Addressing resident inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure resident satisfaction. And where possible, anticipate and fulfil the individual resident’s need and surpass their expectations, Build and maintain positive relationships with all residents and internal customers. Implement procedures which will enhance their living experience, Review and implement the overall personalized Luxury soft services, namely lobby services, helpdesk, and customer relations.
Mr. More also held several positions as Executive Housekeeper; from April 2019 to March 2020, as the Executive Housekeeper with Kempinski Seychelles Resort, Uber luxury 150 villa resort and from September 2016 to Mar 2019 – As Executive Housekeeper with Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski Riyadh KSA which is the tallest 70 storey hotel structure in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with 349 rooms and suites ,6 exclusive Food and beverage outlets and a Resense Spa which is the renaissance of the classical European spa . He was also responsible for the selection, hiring, training, coaching & counseling of a staff of 190 + team members. Managed staff of 8 managers, 16 supervisors & 190 team members maintaining a 25% or less annual turnover ratio.
Mr. More also held periodic joint Sales calls along with Director of Sales to meet local Corporate clients and ensure sustained Market position and settled outstanding Accounts Receivables in first 90 days, some accounts outstanding of over one year. Being a standalone property headed by Hotel Manager, he yet managed to lead a team in achieving 87% rooms profitability with 50% GOP in the first year.
As a Housekeeping Manager, he was crucial in making operating criteria, critical path, session plans, policy and procedures and operational manual for the department, Taking care of day-to-day operations of the department and making snag list of rooms and public areas and getting rectification work done, Sourcing housekeeping operating equipment like linen, cleaning equipments, cleaning supplies and guest supplies for the hotel, Sourcing manpower for housekeeping and laundry department as and when required, preparing training schedules for supervisory and line staff. He also scored 87% rating in Hyatt Consumer Audit for housekeeping areas in first year of operation and made competitive market study to be ahead in services design.
While working with Hyatt international, Mr. More had the opportunity to expose himself to Hyatt Regency Incheon, South Korea. 2003. He holds a Diploma in Hotel and restaurant management – IITC, Mumbai affiliated to Food and crafts institute of Pune and likes to travel and visit places and practices Meditation and Yoga on a regular basis.
