Food & Beverage business has elevated past 3 decades and Mr. Sheikh has been witnessing all these transformation’s pre-opening team, Stand-alone restaurants, Five-star Hotels, Gourmet Retail Stores, Quick Service Restaurants and Cloud Kitchens. He has had a skillful professional and has gained knowledge from well reputed companies like Taj Group, Dean & Deluca (M.H. Alshaya Group), Intercontinental, Hilton, Jumeirah group of Hotels, Luxury Restaurants (winner of fast-food chain of the year in 2013 by Qatar Food Choice) Etc.,

“Complete education and keeping update on one’s field is very important, when one stops learning, he/she is dead”, says Me. Sheikh. He believes in learning, and has completed more than 100 of professional development courses and training workshops so far. He also believes that Recognition gives motivation to travel in one’s career, and today he is a recognized Worldchefs Certified Culinary Educator, World Master Chefs Society and Glory of India Award winner (Indian Achiever’s Forum).

Mr. Sheikh doesn’t believe in titles, but believes in giving; whatever life teaches you gives you, give back to society, and by following what he believes, he currently runs a Charitable trust (New India Trust) that is built to share his knowledge & industry’s employment with young chefs through Global Tamil Chefs Network (under development).

He says, “I am a proud culinarian, being a chef is blessing, able to teach and coach to people is a great gift from god” and believes in Mother Teresa’s slogan- “Love is not patronizing and charity isn’t about pity, it is about love. Charity and love are the same, with charity you give love, so don’t just give money but reach out your hand instead”.
