Mr. Shalin Parikh received his Master of Pharmacy degree from the Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Mr. Parikh holds the first rank in the University during his master’s study. Mr. Parikh’s research projects span includes product development of Orally Inhaled and Nasal Drug Products (OINDP), laboratory testing of complex pharmaceutical dosage forms, analysis of inorganic Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and development of innovative methods for detection of organic as well as volatile impurities using mass spectroscopy, and other sophisticated techniques. Mr. Parikh has given many presentations at national and international meetings and has previously won CSR Times award 2021 for exemplary contributions in Pharmaceutical Science.

More than 15 full length peer reviewed publications are authored by Mr. Parikh and colleagues. Apart from the professional career, he has been associated with many international publication houses (Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, Springer, Nature, etc.) and contributes as a different roles like reviewer as well as editor. Based on his outstanding achievements, Mr. Parikh has been recognized as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, Medical Research Council, and Indian Pharmaceutical Education Society.

He possess more than a decade of experience as a researcher in the renowned Pharmaceutical companies like Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited and Cadila Healthcare Limited (Zydus) and certainly proven himself not only as a Scientist but also with diverse skills of Project Management, Manager as well as influencer amongst the fraternity. Mr. Parikh had served as a Research Assistant in Sun Pharmaceuticals, Deputy Manager in Cadila healthcare Ltd., and Senior Research Scientist in Xylopia Labs Private Limited. Mr. Parikh exhibits the skills to develop a complex Novel Drug Delivery Technologies in order to achieve clinical benefits to the patients. He enriches his experience with developing a robust dosage form to achieve Bio-equivalence, stability study, and has lead successful transfer of developed projects from R&D to global (USA) as well as domestic commercial sites.
