His digital transformation initiatives, diversity championship  has earned him many rewards.

Saravanan is an energetic leader with a passion for corporate social responsibility,  people development, recruiting and mentoring. He excels in multicultural environments and has native level fluency in Japanese language. He has setup  and  chaired  Employee resource Groups, part of many mentoring organizations and works with non- profits sharing his technology expertise & spending his time volunteering.
