Sandeep qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1979 and since childhood was inclined towards philosophy and spirituality. Combining the two he developed the ability to see the connectedness between spirituality and the material, and how they influence each other. This gave him the added advantage as a facilitator / coach to not only provide bespoke actionable transformative solutions but also help in developing the eco-system (internal & external) needed for sustained credibility, growth and profits.

Learning and upskilling has been the hallmark of his journey. Over the years he has helped 1000s in managing themselves better, unleashing their genius, learning to respond rather than react and achieve what they set out to achieve. And today, when the world is passing through high levels of volatility and uncertainty, he has made it his mission to help businesses & people to unleash and align their spiritual, emotional and rational intelligences to remain relevant and keep growing.

His clients comprise – corporate, start-ups, universities, leaders, professors, executives and individuals in India and abroad.

Sandeep was invited to Oxford University where he presented his paper “The Indian Philosophy of Consciousness and its Relevance to 21^st Century Business Management”. Ubbiquo Business School, Miami, USA commissioned him to develop the course “Neuroleadership: The Whole Brain Management System” for them.

Sandeep is now in the process of consolidating his life’s work under the brand name ‘The Conscious Way’. He is also the President Elect 2023-24 of Delhi Chapter of Professional Speakers Association of India.
