Founder and President of Texila American University, Mr. Saju Bhaskar S P supported by Co-Founder Mrs Chithra Saju has been steering the educational consortium that is spread over two continents and emerging as a sustainable model for multicultural learning.
“We are aiming for continued excellence in higher education in a wide range of specialities such as medicine and non-medicine disciplines through high quality teaching and research. We have set out to achieve our goals with a strong commitment to ethics, integrity, creativity, and innovation,” Mr Bhaskar said.
Under Mr. Saju Bhaskar’s leadership, Texila Education Global Holding has fostered close collaborations with regional, national, and international partners that have enabled it to infuse new perspectives, high standards and expertise into its education system; and enabled it to honour its commitments to patrons and stakeholders.
Mr. Saju Bhaskar’s technological prowess has nurtured a culture of innovation and a futuristic vision. He has expanded the university’s verticals and enhanced its global reach in a span of 12 years to build an international network that is growing on the strengths of collaborative learning, cross-cultural communication and a global perspective. More than 10,000 students from over 70 Nationalities have touched the portals of Texila Consortium.
His organization has carved a niche for itself in the edtech and online learning space. “We are the pioneers in online education, ensuring that we have the highest retention of students enrolled in the online programs (78 per cent) as against industry average of 60 per cent,” Mr Bhaskar said.
Inspired by Takshashila, the world’s first centre of learning, Mr. Saju Bhaskar is on a journey to deliver excellence and sustain an education model that will ensure equity and quality in his endeavour to build the next-gen scholars, intellects, and professionals.
