He recently authored a book titled Chrysalis which is a journey of the growth of Indian brands through. The book had a successful launch at the prestigious Jaipur Literature Festival and was also recently launched in the USA by the Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations, Ambassador T.S. Tirumurti.
As part of his practice on Heritage Law, he has been appointed as an expert to two Parliamentary Groups whose purpose is to validate royal emblems as depicted in the parliament library and for identifying commercial opportunities for unique products in each state under the One State One Product project.
He holds memberships in credible organizations, writes for financial dailies and publications and is featured regularly on business channels and newspapers for his views.
Safir has recently joined on invitation the Advisory Excellence Network as its exclusive recommended Commercial IP Law Expert in India.
Safir has also recently joined on invitation as the Chair Professor of the IPR Cell of the Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai (MNLU) and will work with Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) for this.
