A curious individual who was fascinated and bumped in to the #HR world with an aspiration to set his footsteps in the industry which deals with “human” and proved himself through hard-work, dedication, and determination to become a successful HR professional. Inherited the skills from his father who served for leading manufacturing company in the Personnel department for almost 35 years.
Sachin is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20+ years of experience, who translates business vision into HR initiatives to enhance business efficiency, improve performance with employee engagement. An experienced professional who maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
He holds a master’s degree in personnel management, bachelor’s degree in commerce and diploma in training and development.
Sachin currently serves as Director Human Resources to Expleo India Infosystems Private Limited as. He joined Expleo on July 2004 and was associated with Hardikar Hospital, Pune and Bajaj Electricals Limited, Pune before joining Expleo (erstwhile SQS, VeriSoft).
Sachin was rewarded as the “Employee of the Year 2020” for his exceptional contribution and active participation in the various organizational activities. Thus, making an impact and creating importance of the HR department in the success and growth of the company.
He believes in learning and sharing and that speaks with the various training certificates he has to his credit and the sessions he has conducted for his team and in Expleo. He is also associated with HR Infotech Association (HRIA), Pune Chapter and currently acting as President for FY 2022-2023. He is also core member of the HR Co-ord Committee of the Hinjewadi Industries Association (HIA), Pune. The main objective to join the esteemed associations is to connect and share.
